Suggestions for my hair!!

So my work recently relaxed their hair policy so I can basically do anything I want with it now. w00t for me. I Have a few ideas on what I want to d., Thing is, I've never been in a position when I could do ANYTHING with my hair. Be it ROTC or School or work. I always had to keep semi normal hair.



So now I'm asking for people's suggestions on what I should do with my hair. Right now I basically look like a Beatles reject so anything is welcome other than "shave it off"

I was thinking to just perhaps have it cut more edgy, and jagged, and less like a... bowl. Im not allowed bright unnatural colors. But I can do deep unnatural colors.. Like crimson red or deep blue and so on.

Ideas?
